Resolutions for Diabetics
There are more than 20 million people in the United States who have diabetes. An estimated 6 million of those people have yet to be diagnosed. People with higher than normal glucose levels may have impaired fasting glucose or glucose intolerance. However, studies have shown that people with a "pre-diabetic" condition, who lose weight and increase their physical activity can prevent or delay the onset of diabetes.
The Resolutions approach differs from conventional wisdom. It's not about diet and exercise alone. We focus first on three important factors to ensure long-term success.
- How and what motivates you?
- What are the reasons for your unwanted behaviors?
- What kind of support system ensures success?
The INSIDE OUT approach is a simple, common sense approach. It will take hope, patience, a little faith in yourself; and, we will be with you every step of the way.
