 Personal Training Program Outline and Pricing

In terms of personal training knowledge and experience, the staff at Resolutions is ranked in the top five percent of fitness experts around the country. Here in Louisville, we challenge anyone to compare experience and knowledge. We may not be flashy, but we do get results!

Program Outline:

Whatever your health or fitness challenge - out-of-shape, over-weight, arthritic, diabetic, injured, or just aging - you get the same high level of service and straight-forward, personalized programs, with our unique blend of experience, accountability, and encouragement.

Experience: Our level of knowledge in fitness training is second to none, with 25 years and over 60,000 hours of paid personal training sessions.

Accountability: You will be held accountable for taking responsibility on your road to better fitness and health - no matter what. It will be timely and it will be with your best interest in mind. We pull no punches!

Encouragement: We will encourage and motivate you when appropriate. You need to be rewarded for your efforts!

 Any and all the personal training programs include the following:

 Personal Training sessions will exercise the mind, heart, joints and muscles and last between forty-five minutes and one hour and fifteen minutes.

Nutrition/Diet Plans will help you to get your meal plans organized and your eating habits under control.

Periodic Fitness Tests show your baseline and incremental fitness levels as you move through the program.

Behavior Counseling provides guidance in assessing your emotional fitness, internal and external motivational forces, and psychological barriers to creating and maintaining healthier habits. You will be held accountable to your goals - that’s why you hire us!

Important to note: Each session will include every aspect of the above.

Personal Training Pricing:

Resolutions pricing is simple - one session or a package of ten sessions. WE DO NOT SHOP OUT PRICING, nor do we negotiate for or trade services.

Individual session …………………….starts at $75 hour

Ten session package ……………...…starts at $650 (FREE Books)

 

Online Personal Training

Starter Orientation Program:

This is a one-time session that includes the following:

Fitness Tests

Nutritional Outline for Personal Journal

One General Workout Program

One Personal Training Session ………….....a $400 value for only $250!


Personal Training Policies Outline:

  • All scheduled services require payment in advance.
  • A 24-hour cancellation notice is required or session will be charged in full.
  • No-shows for scheduled appointments will be charged. Three no-shows and the agreement may be terminated.
  • Resolutions LLC. holds the right to cancel an agreement with a client for any reason.
  • Resolutions LLC. holds the right to require a doctor’s permission prior to starting any exercise program.
  • All sessions are conducted by the session, not the hour, and may range between forty-five minutes and one hour and fifteen minutes in length.
  • In the case of a late arrival, the session time will NOT be extended.
  • Clients must wear comfortable clothing and workout shoes.
