About Us
Resolutions Preventative Health Care Services was founded by Greg Ryan in 2004 out of the growing need for a common-sense approach to weight loss, fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
Our mission is to help people determine how they are motivated, change their unwanted behaviors toward exercise, and develop a support system through personal accountability. We believe that while this is often the road less traveled, it will be the path most people will have to take in order to overcome the crises facing them today.
Philosophy
RESOLUTIONS insists on combining behavior modification with personalized fitness regiments. Our philosophy is based upon our motto, “It’s not about the numbers!” In order to change your fitness levels, you have to change your behaviors and thinking patterns. You have to work on your fitness from the Inside-Out!
RESOLUTIONS understands that there is a connection between the psychology of human behavior and the practices of exercise and healthy eating. Until that connection is addressed, people will continue to get more and more out of shape. Getting healthy is not about the numbers, it’s about the heart!
