Do you think you could put down the phone, turn off the TV, or even switch off the iPod for an hour? I doubt it. Most people today can't stand the silence. Could you go a day without the radio on in your car? See, I told you so!
In my personal training sessions, I don't allow cell phones or any type of distractions during workouts. In my own workouts, I only have an iPod, and absolutely no phone. Why? IT’S MY TIME!
